Michael Hösterey
I combine over 35 years of leadership and transformation experience with an interdisciplinary background in economics, systemic work, and workplace health management. These perspectives shape my understanding of organizations as living systems – and form the foundation of the Leadership Code.
Most phenomena in companies are not the causes – they are patterns. And these patterns follow an internal logic.
From this insight, I developed the Leadership Code™: an approach that enables leaders to recognize, understand, and specifically influence the underlying principles of their organization.

Nicola Hösterey
She combines cultural sensitivity with a keen power of observation and has worked in adult education for many years, helping people sharpen their perception and navigate complex, communicative spaces with confidence. Her academic background in art education, German studies, and art history forms the basis for a special skill: pattern recognition.
In doing so, she broadens the perspective of the Leadership Code to include perception, meaning and resonance – those fields in which leadership begins and culture is created.

Guido Borrmann
Health is one of the strategic factors for performance and productivity. Organizations can only reach their full potential when leadership, cooperation, and working conditions are in harmony – characterized by clarity, trust, and meaningful collaboration.
Guido Borrmann is a specialist in internal medicine, occupational medicine, and biological medicine. He combines medical knowledge with a systemic view of work, culture, and organization.
In the Leadership Code™, he strengthens the perspective on health as an integral part of organizational effectiveness.

Reinhard Stadler
Reinhard Stadler brings over 30 years of experience from international industrial companies and consulting practice. He knows that financial bottlenecks are not merely numerical problems, but usually symptoms of internal imbalances. His approach combines financial restructuring with systemic clarity: risks are not managed, but understood at their root cause.
As a proven expert in the crisis early warning system according to StaRUG, he primarily supports owner-managed companies in making their organization resilient and protecting corporate responsibility.
In the Leadership Code™, he strengthens the dimension of Applied Risk Management.

Gunnar Krempel
Gunnar Krempel is a lawyer and notary public – and combines legal precision with a strategic understanding of the internal dynamics of companies. He specialized in corporate and asset succession early in his career.
For him, succession is far more than a legal process. It is one of the most sensitive moments of transformation for an organization – a process in which values, responsibility, and leadership must be redefined. This is precisely where he brings clarity, structure, and foresight.
